Our tour entails 5 bar stops.
We walk (or crawl) from bar to bar. Our bars are located close to one another, so walking is minimal. Downtown Nashville is also fraught with traffic, so our tour groups can move from one bar to the other more quickly on foot.
All Music City Pub Crawl tours operate rain or shine. Our bars are located close to one another, so very little time is spent outside. If the forecast does call for rain during your tour, we recommend bringing a raincoat, poncho, or umbrella.
General , Private & Holiday Tours: Full refund for cancellations made no less than 24 hours in advance. For general and holiday tours, we also issue full refunds if our group minimum of 6 guests is not met. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour are non-refundable.
Corporate Tours: The upfront deposit that’s required to book the tour is fully refundable for cancellations made no less than 60 days in advance. Food and drink funds are also fully refundable for cancellations made no less than 60 days in advance, minus processing fees. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the tour are non-refundable.
Music City Pub Crawl will also issue a full refund if a tour does not operate due to circumstances within our control (e.g. staff shortage), regardless of the tour type.
If your tour does not operate due to rare or unusual circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics), we will invoke force majeure and issue a 2-year credit instead.

General tours typically have anywhere from 8 to 30 guests. We can handle any-sized private or corporate group, with group headcounts ranging from 6 guests all the way up to 400 guests.
We have partnerships with 40+ bars in downtown Nashville, all of which are located within three blocks of Broadway between 1st and 6th Avenue. Their schedules vary from week to week, so our schedule needs to be pliable in order to foster good relationships with our bars and to deliver the best experience to our guests. With that said, Big Shotz and Fleet Street Pub are our primary starting bars and all of our other starting bars are located nearby.
You will receive a text and email notification prior to 3am (CST) on the day of your tour that confirms the starting bar, the name of your tour guide, where to meet your tour guide within the bar, etc. If you do not receive our notification by 3am on the day of your tour, please contact us immediately at (615) 345-4458.
Absolutely! Our tour guides work very hard, so tips are always appreciated.
Comfortable shoes, money for drinks, cash for tips, and a valid government-issued photo ID (all of the bars on our tour will card). We recommend that international guests bring a passport, as some bars will not accept international driver’s licenses. We also recommend eating prior to the pub crawl, especially if you are in a general group. We spend approximately 30 to 40 minutes at each bar stop, so ordering food is likely to slow down the rest of your tour group.
Although this is a bar crawl, drinking is by no means required. Just a party spirit! Our main emphasis is delivering the ultimate Music City experience on a one-of-a-kind tour that will undoubtedly reshape the way you see Nashville! All guests must be 21 or older.
A $125 deposit is required to book a private crawl, which is applied toward the total balance. The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour. Groups with less than 10 guests can still book a private crawl. Private crawls just require a minimum purchase of 10 tickets, so the cost per person will be higher for groups with less than 10 guests.
